1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed promptly and will be shipped as soon as payment is received and cleared (for checks).
  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors.
  • Nature Bless Green ships via FedEx only.
  • Orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx if provided a label by purchaser. In this case however, Nature Bless Green is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once it leaves our facility’s. A drop off slip will be provided to customer as proof of shipment.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible Returns:

  • Bulk materials, in-house branded products, and unlabeled products can be returned within 30 days for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Damaged products may be exchanged or returned without a restocking fee within 30 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Custom products or white-label products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is damaged.

3. Return Process

  • Customers must ensure that returned products are securely packed to avoid any damage during shipping. We highly recommend using a traceable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
  • Nature Bless Green is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return shipment.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund, which may take 3-5 business days for the bank to complete.
  • Shipping fees for the return are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was damaged.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued once the product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days for the bank to process.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original order:
    • If the order was paid via check, a check will be mailed.
    • If paid via Zelle, the refund will be processed via Zelle.
    • If paid by credit card, the refund will be applied to the same card.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Damaged items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund without any restocking fee.
